Hydro's Reverse Osmosis Systems provide an economical and efficient method for the purification of tap water. RO is the optimum pretreatment system for deionization and other final treatments. We provide a wide range of flow rates and capacities from point-of-use laboratory systems to high volume process manufacturing. Systems are skid mounted, pre-plumbed and wired. Units can include control panels that are UL listed for central monitoring and control.

Hydro Grant Manager
Reverse Osmosis that Saves Money.

The Grant Manager Reverse Osmosis System is designed to provide inexpensive pretreatment for ultrapure water systems that have poor feed water and for usage in excess of 2 gallons per day. The Grant Manager is small enough to fit under most sinks and operates on normal tap water pressure, thus eliminating the use of pumps and electricity.
This system reduces operating cost up to 80% as pretreatment for your deionization systems. It improves water purity by removing organic acids, colloids, organic molecules > 200 mw and 90% of dissolved solids before the DI system. This reduces the load on the DI system, allowing it to purify greater quantities of water.
The Grant Manager is a compact and easy to install. It is an economical investment that often pays for itself in the first six months. Call your Hydro representative today to analyze your specific dollar savings.

Line Pressure Reverse Osmosis System

Hydro's Line Pressure reverse osmosis system, ROLP190, purifies water using a membrane separation process for removing dissolved salts, macromolecules, colloids and particulates.
This reverse osmosis product is used as a pretreatment to deionization systems and can extend the life of your system by up to 800%. There are a number of significant advantages with Hydro's RO system: self-contained and preplumbed, the unit comes ready for easy installation; industrial grade components offer increased reliability; and thin-film membrane technology offers maximum salt rejection and maximum recovery.
The biggest advantage of this RO is its cost. Not only does it produce quality water for less than a penny a gallon, but operating costs are 1/10 those of distillation. Hydro has priced the ROLP190 with your budget in mind, making it a smart choice for any lab.

Benefits

  • Ideal for use as pretreatment for deionization systems
  • Compact for use in the laboratory
  • Inexpensive to purchase and operate, increasing deionization system life by up to eight times
  • Provides CAP Type III Reagent Grade Water*
  • Removes organic acids, colloids, organics > 200 molecular weight, and 90% of all dissolved solids
*feed water quality may vary this result

Series C Reverse Osmosis System
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation process used for removing dissolved salts, organics, microorganisms, and particulates from water. In natural osmosis, the net transfer of water molecules across the membrane is from the side of the membrane with the more dilute salt concentration. In reverse osmosis, feed water with dissolved salts (solutes) flows under high pressure accross the surface of the membrane overcoming the natural osmotic pressure and allowing water to permeate from the brine side of the membrane to the pure water side of the membrane.
The Series C Reverse Osmosis System produces Type III or IV Reagent Grade Water and is ideal for central water purification. It provides an economical source of pretreated water for supplying multiple point-of-use polishing systems. Reverse osmosis can extend the available throughput of cartridge deionization systems by as much as 6 to 8 times, greatly improving the economy of operation and the water quality.

Features

  • Heavy duty polyurethane-coated frame
  • Spiral wound, TFC, membranes
  • Stainless steel pressure vessels
  • Rotary-vane positive displacement pump
  • Feed water low pressure shut down for pump protection
  • Nylon high pressure tubing
  • Pump and pressure gauge
